When booking individually, please provide your personal data: name, surname, phone number and e-mail address, all of which are needed to confirm your reservation. The reservation will be confirmed once a deposit paid by the guest, which equals the cost of the first night, is on our bank account. On special occasions (such as New Year’s Eve, festivals, longer holidays) we require a full payment prior to your arrival.
CANCELATION POLICY – Reservations might be cancelled 72 hours before the arrival time. In such a case our hostel refunds the previously paid deposit. If the reservation is cancelled at a later date, the hostel has the right to keep the whole amount of the deposit. If, for any reason, you would like to cancel your reservation after checking-in, the hostel has the right to charge you for one full day of your stay.
COMPLAINTS – Any observations and complaints should be directed by e-mail at email@example.com. Conflicts are subject to the civil law.
In case of bookings made to meet the residence visa requirements, individual arrangements are made.
Reservations made to meet the residence visa requirements are non-refundable, which means prepayments will not be refunded.
A group booking is understood as a reservation for at least 8 guests. A prepayment of 50% is required to confirm such a reservation. The remaining 50% should be paid not later than 30 days before the arrival of the group.
If 100% of the price is not paid at that point, the group reservation can be cancelled by the hostel, without liability. All arrangements and possible changes must be made or confirmed by e-mail, to avoid any misunderstandings.
CANELLATION POLICY (GROUP RESERVATIONS) – Cancellation of the group reservation can be made free of charge up until 30 days before the arrival time. After that point, the hostel can rightfully keep 100% of the payments.
CHANGING GROUP RESERVATIONS – number of people reduction in the group is determined individually and must be written confirmed for each group, including the date of booking. If the deadline for a cost-free change or cancellation of the booking specified in the confirmation is exceeded, the Hostel has the right to charge the ordering party with the amount equal to 100% of the costs for cancellations. In case of increasing the number of booked beds, the hostel is committed to accommodate the extended group only if additional beds are still available.
